The Estonian American National Council (EANC/ERKÜ) is pleased to announce that voting in the XXIV EANC Council Elections is now underway. The election period runs from June 25 through August 9, 2026, providing Estonian Americans across the United States an opportunity to help shape the future direction of our national organization.

The official list of candidates, candidate biographies, and detailed voting instructions are available at www.estosite.org/elections. This year, 34 representatives will be elected from a field of 37 candidates to serve a four-year term on the EANC Council.

Voting Has Begun: Cast Your Ballot by Mail or Online

Paper ballot packages, including voting instructions and candidate information, have been mailed to all individuals on EANC’s mailing list. (In some case paper ballots may currently still be in transit; please allow additional time for postal delivery.)

If you require an additional paper ballot, or if there are more than two eligible voters in your household, please contact the Election Committee at eanc2026election@estosite.org or call (978) 397-0020 for assistance.

EANC once again offers the convenience of online voting. To vote electronically, eligible voters must first register online at: https://forms.gle/vWcBcX9GkkaBYVjN7

Please allow 2–3 business days for the online voter registration process to be completed. Registered voters will receive an email invitation from invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com containing instructions for casting their electronic ballot. Voters are encouraged to check their spam or junk mail folders if they do not see the message in their inbox.

The deadline to register for online voting is August 5, 2026. All votes—whether cast by mail or online—must be submitted no later than August 9, 2026.

Voters are reminded that they may cast only one vote—either by paper ballot or electronically. Should more than one ballot be submitted, the electronic ballot will be retained as the valid vote.
