The Estonian Consul in New York will conduct a two-day consular mission in the Chicago area on April 14 and 15. All consular services other than visa applications can be addressed at these times.
Sunday, April 14, 9:30 am- 4:00 pm: @ Chicago Estonian House, 14700 Estonian Lane, Riverwoods IL
Monday, April 15, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM @ 678 Foxdale Ave, Winnetka IL
Note: Applications for passport and ID card renewals can be submitted by mail or at the self-service portal of the Estonian Police Board if your fingerprints on file are less than 6 years old.
You may update your fingerprints on file with the consul, if you will need to renew a document in the next few years and your fingerprints are or will be outdated by then. This proactive step could save you a future trip to New York or Washington! The service is free of charge.

Payments during consular mission must be made by cash or check – no credit cards will be accepted, as we do not have a card processing terminal.
