Estonian Consular Mission to Florida

The Estonian Consul in New York will conduct a two-day consular mission in Florida on April 19 – 20, and April 22 – 23. 15. All consular services other than visa applications can be addressed at these times.
April 19-20, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm in Crystal River: 3939 North Eagle Point, Crystal River, FL 34428
April 22-23, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm in Miami: 1384 SW 18 St, Miami, FL 33145
Note: Applications for passport and ID card renewals can be submitted by mail or at the self-service portal of the Estonian Police Board if your fingerprints on file are less than 6 years old.
In a planning-ahead move, this visit is a good opportunity to update your fingerprints on file with the consul, should you need to renew a document in the next few years. This proactive step could save you a future trip to New York or Washington! The service is free of charge.
Please note: Fees will change at the beginning of April, those utilizing the mission in Chicago should see fees listed for after April 3 https://newyork.mfa.ee/state-fees/. Payments during consular mission must be made by cash or check – no credit cards will be accepted, as we do not have a card processing terminal.
