JBANC hosts its third Baltic spotlight event, featuring a discussion with Dr. Tomas Janeliūnas on the topic: “Ukraine and beyond: The Baltic states’ priorities, expectations and potential outcomes at the NATO Summit 2024.”
Dr. Tomas Janeliūnas is a visiting research fellow at the Hudson Institute. He is a full-time professor at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science (IIRPS), Vilnius University. His work focuses on the security of small states, foreign policy of great powers, and the foreign policy of Lithuania.
