Our Council meets in person but once a year, so we need to make sure we use our time wisely! True to our mission of preserving Estonian heritage, promoting Estonian culture, supporting the Estonian American community and standing for Estonian interests, we invite Estos of all ages to join us!
Nov. 1-2: Event for Young Estonians (18-30):
Meet your peers: Find what you have in common and learn what sets you apart! Share your experiences, interests, ideas, questions, concerns, visions about life as an Estonain American, and let us know how EANC can best support and connect our evolving community. (RSVP at [email protected].)
Entry is free of charge. EANC will help offset travel costs for a limited number of young Estonians, aged 18-30, to join our Young Estonian Advisory Group. Meals are included in the registration, but please purchase your Saturday evening program tickets *Student discount: $35.
Nov 2: EANC Community Celebration & Awards Night
You’re ALL invited, as we present a tribute to our heritage, hear from distinguished speakers and musical guests, enjoy a beautiful dinner, and help us applaud Estonian-American community heroes who will be recognized with the 2024 EANC Awards for having dedicated so much of themselves — their time, energy, skills, and resources — for our mutual cause of keeping the Estonian spirit and culture alive, and our history and interests in the forefront in the U.S.
Keynote speaker: Ambassador Kristjan Prikk. Musical performances: Isabel-Mary Roos.
Be sure to stay for the whole show as we bring on a special appearance by the Chicago Estonian School bänd , as they warm up the crowd for the full swing celebration featuring hits by Hendrik Sal-Saller and Erko Laurimaa of the Estonian band Smilers. Our Master of Ceremonies is council member Andres Simonson. (Tickets are required to attend this event. See below.)

Nov 3: EST-Tech Talk, hosted by EANC. Learn how to be an informed and responsible citizen in the age of AI and innovative technologies. Estonia leads the way in innovation and technology. Learn more!
