CEEC Policy Briefing: Run-up to the 2021 NATO Summit

The Estonian American National Council, as a member of the Central and East European Coalition
(CEEC), hosts this panel discussion highlighting issues facing NATO ahead of the 2021 NATO summit.
CEEC Policy Briefing: Runup to the 2021 NATO Summit will focus on U.S. policy topics regarding the nations in Central and Eastern Europe and beyond.
The online event will consist of two panel discussions:
Panel 1 will address specific challenges for the alliance, including:
-Security challenges in the Black Sea region;
-NATO’s open door policy and interoperability challenges; and
-Challenges in securing the Suwalki Corridor.
Panel 2 will look at bigger picture NATO policy priorities for the regions of Central and Eastern Europe.
Confirmed speakers include:
Mr. Ian Brzezinski, LTG (Retired) Ben Hodges, Mr. Greg Melcher, Ambassador Richard Morningstar, and Ambassador Kurt Volker.
