As we approach the fourth anniversary of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA) is launching a national advocacy campaign entitled: #SupportUkraine: Restore Power. Punish War Crimes.
The focus of the campaign is on restoring Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and holding russia accountable for its systematic attacks on civilians. Please join the campaign’s opening event — a virtual webinar titled “POWER-UP Ukraine,” hosted by UCCA’s Emergency Energy Task Force on Friday February 6th at 12pm EST.
The webinar will bring together leading U.S. and Ukrainian experts to examine the impact of russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s energy sector, the implications for Ukraine’s economy and civilian population, and the urgent need for sustained international engagement.
