Jaanipäev/Midsummer Celebration: Seattle

The Seattle Estonian Society invites you to join them for a Midsuumer Celebration!

Let’s get together and celebrate Midsummer at Golden Gardens! Since we can’t reserve fire pits, we’ll have to find a spot when we arrive. But don’t worry — you should be able to find a group of Estonians without much trouble!

What to bring:
Chairs or blankets to sit on
Your favorite Jaanipäeva dish to share
Flowers to make wreaths

There’s a playground for kids to enjoy, and we’ll have fun with games like Molky, soccer, and volleyball. Feel free to bring any other summer games you love! And if you play a musical instrument, bring it along — this is the perfect chance for a great audience!

Tuleme kokku ja tähistame Jaanipäeva Golden Gardensis! Kuna lõkkeplatse ei saa ette broneerida, peame kohapeal vaatama, kus oma koha leiame. Aga ära muretse – eestlaste grupi leidmine ei tohiks olla keeruline!

Lastel on mänguväljak, kus ringi joosta. Mängime Molkyt, jalgpalli, võrkpalli. Võta kaasa ka suve mänge, mida armastad! Kui sul on muusikariist, siis too see kaasa – meil on suurepärane publik!
