Estonian Consular Mission in Portland, Oregon

Estonia’s Consul from Washington, D.C. will be performing consular duties on the West Coast.

Estonian citizens will have the opportunity to apply for a passport or ID-Card, renew their passport or ID-Card, have their fingerprints taken thereby enabling future online document renewals and conduct other consular business.

The Consular Mission will take place on January 28 and January 29 at the Honorary Consulate of Estonia in Portland, Oregon:

January 28 at 10:00 PM – 3:00 PM

January 29 at 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
