Join the Estonian Honorary Consul Siim Sööt as he speaks about where ethnic Baltic people live in the United States.
In 2005 the US Census changed the way in which it collects data on ethnic ancestry and this has allowedhim to track the movement of Baltic people by metropolitan area and state.
Dr. Sööt is an expert in urban planning and population dispersion who taught at the University of Illinois in Chicago for over 33 years.
