Welcome to the Estonian World Congress (Eesti Rahvuskongress), hosted by the Estonian World Council! Attendees are welcomed to participate in-person or virtually. Recordings will be posted when available.

Opening remarks (10 am Estonia time) will include a welcome by Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna. Foreign Ministry Secretary General Jonatan Vseviov will offer an overview of Estonian security.

Panel discussions will focus on development of Estonian national identity and cultural memory in the diaspora. Afternoon discussions will continue with roundtables and workshops on developing Estonian community and culture abroad, with a special emphasis on Our Collective Memory. Youth and the diverse nature of our diaspora communities will be highlighted.
