DESCRIPTION:How should the U.S.\, its allies and partners determine and impose effective consequences on the Kremlin for its violations of international norms. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhile current U.S. policy toward Russia seems to be centered on not provoking Putin\, the CEEC suggests that U.S. policy priorities would be better served by a more assertive approach.
