DESCRIPTION:Bostoni Eesti Seltsi Suvepiknik 2021\nTuleme kokku! / Let’s gather! / Bring your friends!\n\n\nCome and meet local Estonians!\n\nThe Boston Estonian Society invites you to its annual summer picnic. After a year of social distancing\, mask mandates and many virtual events\, we are eager and very excited to get together in person once again!  This year\, however\, we will be gathering at a new venue\, the Finnish Center at Saima Park. \nNestled in the beautiful woods on the outskirts of Fitchburg\, the Ravintola & Sirkka Liukkonen Memorial Pavilion is an idea setting for our summer picnic.  The open-air pavilion is equipped with picnic tables\, a large barbeque grill\, electricity for music and toilet facilities. The surrounding grounds are ideal for games of all kinds.  BES will organize some children’s games\, kite flying\, slip-n-slides\, tug-of-war\, volleyball and other activities.  Please feel free to bring along your favorite game as well.  A beautiful trail network in the wooded hillside also beckons (verify w/ Saima Park) for those who would like to go for walk in the woods.  \nThe banquet table will offer grilled sausages\, veggie burgers\, and typical Estonian summer picnic fare.  We ask that people bring a small dessert for the coffee table and your own wine\, beer or summer spritzers!  \nWe are limited to the number of guests the facility can accommodate so we strongly encourage pre-registration on our website.  A discounted ’Suggested Donation’ is offered if you register before July 10th.  \n​ \nPre-Registration before July 10: \nBES members: $15/individual; family (3+): $30\nNon-members:   $20/individual; family (3+): $45\nRetirees (65 or older): $8 \n​ \nPre-Registration after July 11\, or at the event: \nBES members: $20/individual; family (3+): $35\nNon-members:   $25/individual; family (3+): $50\nRetirees (65 or older): $12 \n​Please visit https://www.bostoneesti.org/event-details for updated event information and https://www.bostoneesti.org/members for payment/reservation. \nSave the date on the your calendars\, pre-register yourselves\, and pass along this invitation to friends and family!  We are looking forward to seeing everyone again and hope your summer is off to a wonderful start!  Be well and be healthy! \n  \nContact:  info@bostoneesti.org or president@bostoneesti.org (Paul Attemann) \n\n \n\n \n
