SUMMARY:JBANC: First (Virtual) Baltic Advocacy Week
DESCRIPTION:Joint Baltic American National Committee encourages you to participate in the Baltic Advocacy Days on Capitol Hill. \nBaltic-American constituents meet with their members of Congress to voice concerns over issues relevant to the Baltics.\nDue to the Covid-19 pandemic\, in-person meetings will not be possible this year\, therefore JBANC and partner Baltivist are working hard to make these meetings possible virtually!\n\n\nMeetings will be scheduled for the evenings of March 8-12\nFormat: Zoom or conference call\, depending on staffer preferences\nParticipants may be asked to join meetings for Congressional Offices that do not represent them\nThough places at constituent meetings are limited\, other ways to participate will be made available.\n\n\nPlease note\, there will be a limited number of meetings scheduled for the week.\n \n\n\nRegistration: https://baltivist.com/advocacy-day-2021-sign-up\n\n\nThe site will also provide valuable resources to aid in preparation for the event. Informational one-pagers on the issues will also be sent prior to meetings.
