SUMMARY:Boston Baltic Film Festival 2023
DESCRIPTION:The fifth annual Baltic Film Festival in Boston will present three days of in-person screenings of the latest award-winning films from Estonia\, Latvia\, and Lithuania\, followed by some virtual screenings** from March 6 – 19. The Estonian films Apteeker Melchior (Melchior I)\, Apteeker Melchior. Viirastus (Melchior II) and Kalev can only be viewed in theaters. Apteeker Melchior is Estonia’s most watched domestic film of 2022. Apteeker Melchior. DESCRIPTION:Estonian Parliamentary Elections 2023 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nParliamentary elections in Estonia will be held on 5 March 2023. The right to vote abroad applies to Estonian citizens living abroad permanently and to voters who are temporarily staying abroad and are included in the list of voters.  The voting period depends on the method by which you choose to cast your ballot (see below)\, so be sure to have necessary documents ready as soon as possible and check with your local mission for voting dates\, if voting in person.  \n\n\n\nUSEFUL REMINDER\n\n\n\n\nMake sure in due time that your Estonian passport or ID card is valid on the day of voting.\n\nPaasport and ID card can be applied for at a self-service portal opens in a new tab or at a foreign representation of the Republic of Estonia. To apply for a passport and an ID card\, please find a suitable Estonian foreign mission opens in a new tab and take an identity document with you.\n\n\n\n\n\nMake sure you have valid PIN codes that you will need for electronic voting. More information is available here opens in a new tab.\n\n\n\nVoters who live abroad permanently must have a designated electoral district. If you have none\, you will not be included in the list of voters.
