You can download a ballot and instructions. Put the ballot by itself in a plain envelope and write on it "BALLOT".  Then sign the instruction letter and mail it, together with the BALLOT envelope, to: Juri Tint, PO Box 2415, East Hampton, NY 11937, by June 30, 2018.
